Lots of Love, Grandma Coker believes in preserving the past and recognizes the value of family memories.

Lots of Love, Grandma Coker celebrates faith, family, Southern heritage, and the importance of preserving the stories that connect generations.

Created by retired English teacher and author Anita Whitlock, this collection of books and keepsakes grew from the handwritten memories, photographs, recipes, prayers, and family stories of her grandmother, Hazel Coker. Anita’s work also preserves the remarkable 1940s letters exchanged between her grandparents during Edward Coker’s time working in the Smoky Mountains.

Through books, historical storytelling, speaking programs, and thoughtfully created keepsakes, Anita encourages others to treasure their own family histories and preserve them for generations to come.

Every family has a story worth telling, and sometimes the greatest treasures are found in an old photograph, a handwritten letter, a favorite recipe, or a memory shared around the kitchen table.

Faith. Family. Southern Memories. Stories Worth Preserving.

My mission is to preserve and share the stories of faith, family, and Southern life that connect generations, while encouraging others to recognize the value of their own family memories and preserve them for those who come after us. - Anita Whitlock
